Sparrows Lodge has long been a go-to place to stay in Palm Springs, but a recent redesign by DJ turned in-demand interior designer Claire-Marie Rutledge has breathed new life into the easygoing desert hotel, originally built as a retreat for Hollywood’s movers and shakers in 1952.
