Our Vision

We are a small brand driven by a team of independent thinkers, makers and doers who truly love the art of hospitality and making it our own.

With every gesture, subtle detail and genuine hello.

At Common Thread, our team is not simply focused on hospitality, we are focused on a sense of place that you can appreciate at every turn. With an approach that feels organic, natural, and specifically suited to the laidback California lifestyle that inspires the experience behind every one of our hotels.

One expectation at a time.
And always exceeded.

We empower and encourage our team to go above and beyond. To be creative in their work. And to engage with every guest as you would a good friend or family member. With attention, kindness and a keen curiosity for what will make their visit a special one – time and again.
